The team at Juliett is simply the best at what they do. The cocktails are never boring but remain approachable. If I ever tried to open a bar, Juliette would be the template--I want everyone I know to experience it.

A quaint, quiet cocktail lounge. The bartenders are great and take their time to craft each drink. The owner was present and very attentive to our needs. Our drinks were great, and you can tell quality ingredients are chosen. A great addition to Wausau’s downtown

I visited Juliette twice during my last trip to Wausau over the holidays, and they serve fantastic cocktails. I especially enjoyed the warm, darker ambiance and the unique lamps that reminded me of my grandfather’s desk. I’ll be back in town in a couple of months and definitely plan to stop by again for another cocktail.

What to know: This is an artisan cocktail bar. The cocktail offerings change, sometimes weekly. They offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic hand-crafted cocktails. Atmosphere: Dark, but inviting. Music, typically vinyl, playing at a nice background level adds to the excellent vibe this location exudes. It is not a backwoods or trail bar. It is upscale and sophisticated, but not pretentious. Staff: Friendly, attentive and willing to educate and entertain. They know their craft and do it well. Note: While you are able to get a beer here I would suggest not. The cocktail offerings have something for every taste. Even the ice cubes are hand hewn and purpose made. It's drinks and a show, but not at all like the movie "Cocktail". However, it is precisian, art and science combined.

It's not just a bar, it's an experience. It's not just a drink, it's a unique blend of flavors. You think you know what you're getting, but it's on another level. Every cocktail is better than you can expect it to be or imagined it would be. It is perfection in a glass.

One of my favorite spots in Wausau. The Negroni here is consistently excellent—perfectly balanced every time. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly know their craft, and the atmosphere makes it an easy place to relax and stay awhile. Highly recommend if you appreciate a well-made cocktail.

Well this is a gem! It seems pretty ordinary from the outside but when you walk in and see the cocktail menu and the people behind the bar 👌 Cocktails are fun and exquisite, also the classics like Negroni is masterfuly done. Extra bonus to, I think her name was Ally (sorry if my memory is out of whack), what a genuine person. ❤️ Thank you, Johan from Sweden

Juliett is always a destination when I visit the area—Wausau is so very lucky to have an establishment of this distinction. The degree of care and detail in their programming is evident from the “little things” like chilled barware and exquisite garnish to thoughtful, sincere, and knowledgeable hospitality. And of course the drinks are dependably stellar! Well-balanced, original, a sign of true craft. Additionally, the menu is inclusive of non-alcoholic options. Juliett is consistently the first among my recommendations for food and beverage establishments in the area.

This was by far the most artistic, creative, cocktail bar we have ever been to. The owner and staff were highly skilled in their craft. The drinks were next level and the atmosphere was a vibe. One thing that stood out to me personally was the level of courtesy offered in the restroom. It was class. It’s a must stop for adventurous drinkers. The owner himself said this was a slight obsession for him and it shows in his cocktails.
